Mel Lenehan

Mel has 22 years of real estate experience.  She holds two degrees. An associate of arts degree in business from Kilgore College, where she was a Rangerette, and a bachelor’s degree in general business from Texas Tech University.

She specializes in residential and commercial. Mel owns her own apartment complex and has worked with numerous income properties.

She also handles real estate that is dealing with trust that need to be sold due to a death in the family. She is familiar with the probate process.
